NOT AN AZERBAIJANI WOMAN, BUT TWO ARMENIANS WERE INJURED

    http://www.a1plus.am/en/official/2011/07/28/azerbeijan

"Azerbaijani presses are already used to spreading information
according to which an Azerbaijani civilian or soldier died as a
result of fire opened by the Armenian side," this is how press
secretary of the RA Minister of Defense David Karapetyan responded
to Azerbaijan's new information, according to which a 22-year old
    woman died in Azerbaijan.

"It would be better if Azerbaijani presses released statistics on
Azerbaijan's ceasefire violations, which are growing every month
and causing more and more damage. For instance, on July 26 at 18:20
contractual soldiers of the Armenian Armed Forces Karen Ghukasyan
(born in 1976) and Manvel Vanesyan (born in 1987), who were in one
of the border combat positions of Tavush province, received physical
injuries from a shaking of concrete wall pieces after another fire
    opened by the Azerbaijani side.

The Armenian side continues to maintain the ceasefire regime and
only takes action in case of need. If any Azerbaijani civilian is
injured as a result of response actions of the Armenian side following
Azerbaijan's ceasefire violation, Azerbaijan is the one responsible
for that. The Azerbaijani side can appeal to an adequate international
organization for an investigation," as stated in the press release
of the RA Ministry of Defense.
