The statement of the Foreign Ministry of Turkey is an attempt to
distort the call of the Armenian president burdening the guilt of
failure of establishment of peace in the region on the Armenian side,
Hayk Demoyan, director of the Armenian Genocide museum-institute, told
the reporters Thursday, commenting on the statement of the Turkish
FM which condemned the speech of RA President Serzh Sargsyan voiced
July 23 in Tsakhkadzor.
"Our neighbor Turkey has not studied well even its own history and
calls of its leaders. It will not be wrong if I cite the words of
Kemal Ataturk that were on time fixed on all the establishments and
are being often used today: "time will come when Russia becomes weaker
and we will be able to give a blow and liberate our lands from the
Russian influence, as well as unite our brotherly nations. But this
more probably will be the issue of our future generations"", Demoyan
cited, calling the Turkish party to study their own history and only
after doing it make statements.
