NEWSPAPER: MEDVEDEV TO HOLD THE NEXT ROUND OF TALKS WITH PRESIDENTS OF ARMENIA AND AZERBAIJAN IN SOCHI

President of Russia Dmitriy Medvedev is going to organize the nest
round of talks on Karabakh settlement with presidents of Armenia and
Azerbaijan in Sochi.
As "Zhamanak" newspaper reported, Medvedev wants organize the meeting
between Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev with a purpose to provide
signing of peaceful document on Nagornyy Karabakh. The presence of
the presidents of France and the USA (the rest co-chair states of the
OSCE Minsk Group) at the meeting will depend on the level of pressure
upon the parties to the conflict and the guarantees got by them.
The last trilateral meeting of the presidents of Armenia, Russia
and Azerbaijan took place in Kazan on 24 June and ended without any
arrangement on the basic principles for Nagoprnyy Karabakh conflict
settlement.
