KINGS SINGERS TO ARRIVE IN ARMENIA WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE YEREVAN PERSPECTIVES FESTIVAL

The 12-year-old Yerevan Perspectives Festival is ranked among the
top ten international festivals of Europe, which is an evidence of
its high artistic level, Director of the festival, composer Stepan
Rostomyan told a press conference today.
Within the framework of the festival, Yerevan will host the British
"Kings Singers" vocal group in three days.
"We are doing our best to shape a correct cultural atmosphere
in Armenia," Stepan Rostomyan said. He has invited a number of
world renowned performers to Armenia, including Valery Gergiev and
the Symphony Orchestra of the Mariinsky Theatre, London's Royal
Philharmonic Orchestra, Placido Domingo, Krzystof Penderezky, Goran
Bregovitz, Joe Cocker and many others.
