APRIL 24 TO BE MENTIONED IN THE ISRAELI KNESSET EVERY YEAR

Turkish "Milliyet" mentioned about this last day. According to this
daily, the Israeli Knesset's Chairman Rivlin received the delegation
of the Armenian National Committee of Jerusalem and said, "As a Jew
and Israeli, I consider it to be my duty to recognize the tragedy of
the other nations. Though the existing diplomatic concerns, it does
not allow us to disown the other nation's tragedy." At the end Rivlin
talked about a project about admitting the commemoration day of the
victims of the 1915's Genocide in Knesset every year.
By the way, these days in Yerevan world renowned genocide expert Dr.
Israel Charny issued a statement that Israel makes a mistake refusing
recognize the Armenian Genocide.
