YEREVAN. - Armenian and Azerbaijani presidents are unlikely to sign
any document during the forthcoming meeting in Kazan, said participant
of Karabakh war Sasun Mikaelyan.
He noted that the sides can reach agreement on some points but will
hardly sign a document.
Sasun Mikaelyan who was recently released under amnesty strongly
opposes return of territories as a concession.
"If the territories are returned, Nagorno-Karabakh will not acquire
a status," he said.
If Armenia wants to avoid possible war it must solve domestic problems,
Mikaelyan added.
