YEREVAN
Street-made ice-cream which is sold in Yerevan streets does not
correspond to quality standards, said the Chairman of National
Association of Consumers' Rights Protection Melita Hakobyan in the
press-conference on Friday.
"It does not correspond to quality and hygiene standards. Many years
ago ice-cream making equipment disappeared from Yerevan streets but,
unfortunately they appeared again", said Hakobyan.
Raw-material used for such an ice-cream has unknown origin and even
there maybe no milk.
"Quality of ice-creams produced by our local companies is rather high.
I recommend to buy this product", she said.
