The Azerbaijani side fails to demonstrate enough willingness and determination

On June 17 the Commission of Hostages, Missing People and Prisoners of
War held a sitting at the Ministry of Defense chaired by Defense
Minister Seyran Ohanyan. The work done in the first half of 2010 was
discussed, the future programs were determined.
The Committee members stated that the process of return the POWs to
the Motherland is slow as the Azerbaijani side fails to demonstrate
enough willingness and determination.
Members of the committee noted that it is necessary to draw the
attention of international structures to the fact of restrictions of
the activity of the ICRC Office in Baku by the Azerbaijani
authorities, and raise the effectiveness of the work towards returning
the hostages and the missing people back home.
