The Ministry of Diaspora today marked the start of the first stage
of the "Ari Tun" (Come home) program. It will be held in ten stages
and will continue through September 25.
The number of participants is expected to reach 800 this year. The
program aims to introduce the young people from the Diaspora to their
Motherland - Armenia.
This year the participants will live in host families for ten days
and will spend another four days at a camp in Aghveran.
"At the very beginning there was mistrust in the program. However,
the program has been conducted for the third year in a row. And
now it's a fact that it has received a "ticket into life" and has
broadened its geography," Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan stated.
