Azerbaijani hackers cracked the website of Armenian Aarhus-centers
www.aarhus.am.
EcoLur NGO reports that instead of the environmental information coming
from 15 Aarhus centers, the website opened with a figure of a gunman
in a mask and with the Azerbaijani flag, who advocated recognizing
Khojalu. However, the hackers' attack was not long: the website was
restored on June 20.
The Armenian Aarhus-centers were created with the support of OSCE
to help implement the UNECE Convention on Access to Information,
Public Participation in Decision-making and Access to Justice in
Environmental Matters (Aarhus Convention).
