YEREVAN. - No revolutionary results may be expected from upcoming
meeting of Armenian, Azerbaijani, and Russian presidents in Kazan,
member of ruling Republican Party of Armenia, chairman of Standing
Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the parliament
Gagik Minasyan told the journalists.
Minasyan believes that those meetings only bring the conflicting
sides closer to the reality.
"I do not think that basic principles will be signed," Minasyan added.
However, Azerbaijani media continues to misinterpret the recent
Deauville declaration on Karabakh by presidents of U.S., Russia and
France, co-chairing the OSCE Minsk Group on Karabakh.
Minasyan assured that Armenian side will not astray from three basic
principles on Karabakh, including territorial integrity of Kara back
(independence from Azerbaijan), international security guarantees
for citizens of Karabakh, and secured land frontier between Armenia
and Karabakh.
