"I do not expect any positive changes from the meeting of the
presidents of Armenia, Russia and Azerbaijan in Kazan", General-Mayor
Arkadi Ter-Tadevosyan - Komandos - said at a news conference today.
According to him, the Armenian side must become more active. "We
must realize that the Karabakh issue is not the only one, and taken
separately, the Karabakh issue is unsolvable issue which is beneficial
for Azerbaijan. And the "smell of oil" does not allow the co-chairs
be more unbiased," he added.
According to him, neither of the parties wants to understand the
reason of the conflict. Russia strives to become a strategic partner
for Armenia, Azerbaijan and Turkey.
