"Serzh Sargsyan is leaving for Kazan as a democratic President unlike
Aliyev," ex-Prime Minister of Armenia Hrant Bagratyan told a press
conference today. According to him, thanks to the dialogue with
the Armenian National Congress, Armenia's President can feel more
confident in Kazan.
"We should make maximum use of this opportunity," Hrant Bagratyan said,
noting at the same time that he is not aware of all the details of
the negotiation process, but he is confident that the situation is
rather complex.
