Azerbaijani Minister of Diaspora Ziafat Hasilov thinks Kazan will help
to resolve Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, prokazan.ru news website writes.
Azerbaijani official believes the two states can resolve the conflict.
"Conflict resolution is possible due to the mediation of a powerful
state, like Russia," Ziafat Hasilov said.
"If both of the countries put forth efforts they can come to an
agreement. We, the civilians communicate with the Armenians,"
