"Any conflict can be resolved in any case if there are prerequisites.
The society must be ready to the proposals, but neither of the two
societies is ready to it. Armenian people are not ready to return seven
regions and Azerbaijani are not ready to recognize the independence
of Nagorno-Karabakh," Heritage party MP Armen Martirosyan said in a
meeting with the reporters.
"In 1990th Armenian side was weaker than now. If we managed to win
the war, where Azerbaijan was several times more powerful, we can do
it now as well," MP Martirosyan said.
Official says regional performers don't need a war, thus it will
not happen. "A document may be signed, but a breakthrough won't be
recorded," A. Martirosyan said.
