PACE PRESIDENT IS A MANIPULATOR

On June 25,"Azg" daily published an issue entitled "Agreement between
Armenia and Turkey on the return of five, three or one region". This
was the interview with the President of the Parliamentary Assembly of
the Council of Europe Mevlut Cavusoglu. Referring to some statements of
the Turkish parliamentarian Armenian MFA Spokesperson Tigran Balayan
answered to Azg daily's question.
We have asked "How will you comment by Mevlut Cavusoglu, President of
the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, as if there is
an agreement between Armenia and Turkey on the return of five, three
or one region?" to this question Tigran Balayan answered that Armenia
has not negotiated with Turkey over the Nagorno-Karabakh issue, and
therefore never on the return of either five, or three, or one region.
According to Balayan the reference to some ministers is a
"manipulation, a trickery", which is like those rumors, as "if
Cavusoglu was not a supporter of the revival of the subcommittee
on Nagorno-Karabakh in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council
of Europe, about which some of the members of the PACE had publicly
stated, including the representatives of Azerbaijan".
