YEREVAN. - The negotiation process o Karabakh conflict resolution fails
results due to Azerbaijan's insincere position. The Azeri leader is
constantly using war-mongering rhetoric in his country and displays
quite a different position at the peace talks, political expert Karen
Bekaryan told at Yerevan-Moscow space bridge on Tuesday.
The expert stressed that no real breakthrough will be achieved in
the peace process without involvement of Karabakh.
He also stressed the impossibility of monopolization of the mediatory
mission in the peace process by one of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing
countries, as it may have dangerous consequences.
"The Armenian side highly appreciates the mediators' efforts in
Karabakh conflict resolution, in particular Russia. However,
monopolization of the conflict by any party is unacceptable,"
Bekaryan emphasized.
