Head of Noravank Foundation Gagik Harutyunyan has no major expectations
from the tripartite meeting of Armenian, Russian and Azerbaijani
Presidents Serzh Sargsyan, Dmitry Medvedev and Ilham Aliyev to be
held in Sochi on March 5.
According to him, the sides are unlikely to adopt a declaration at
the meeting.
"Two countries in the South Caucasus have already called on to solve
conflicts through peaceful means," Harutyunyan told reporters.
In expert's words, Azerbaijan does President Ilham Aliyev's bidding
when violating the ceasefire and making provocations.
Harutyunyan did not rule out the possibility that an agreement may
be reached in Sochi to stop Azerbaijan's violations.
