Dashnaktsutyun: No breakthrough in talks until Stepanakert is left out
March 04, 2011 | 14:53
One should not expect progress from the trilateral meeting in Sochi,
leader of ARF Dashnaktsutyun Vahan Hovhannisyan told a briefing today.
He stressed there would be no movement until Yerevan resolutely
declares Stepanakert should be directly involved in the talks. `Until
Stepanakert is not directly involved, each Sargsyan-Aliyev meeting
will be traditional, nothing more,' he said, adding he cherishes no
hopes that the conflict would be settled in the near future.
A traditional trilateral meeting of the Russian, Armenian and
Azerbaijani Presidents will take place on March 5 in the Russian city
of Sochi.
