Police beat protesters in Armavir

Police reportedly have beaten up people protesting the results of
yesterday's vote in Armavir. Some of the protesters were taken to
police stations.
Earlier in the day, a group of Armavir residents blocked
Armavir-Yerevan highway protesting the results of the March 20 mayoral
elections. Mayoral nominee Sevak Minasyan stated that the elections
were held with massive fraud and vote rigging.
Armavir's incumbent Mayor Ruben Khlghatyan was reelected with 6849 votes.
