PanARMENIAN.Net -
The Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs should reconsider its stance
on the Armenian Genocide issue, according to Knesset member, Likud
party chairman Zeev Elkin.
`The Jewish state, which demands worldwide historical justice and
observance of ethic norms can't itself go contrary to these
principles,' Elkin stated when addressing a conference on the 96th
anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.
`It's side to put an end to the policy aimed exclusively to please
Turkey. The Jewish state should be among the countries which
officially recognized the Armenian Genocide,' he said.
