FRANCE-BASED PARTICIPANTS OF ARTSAKH WAR AWARDED WITH MEMORIAL ORDERS

A ceremony of awarding memorial orders to some Armenian and
Diaspora-Armenian participants of the Artsakh War was held May 6 at
the AGBU Alex Manoogian Cultural Center in Paris.
An official from the press, information and PR department of the
RA foreign affairs ministry told Armenpress that Hayk Harutyunyan,
chairman of "Azatamartik" military-patriotic benevolent NGO, former
commander of the Sose Mayrik Detachment, awarded the "Azatamartik"
memorial order to 6 France-based participants of the Artsakh War.
Several participants were awarded with certificates by the NGO.
A documentary on the organization's activity was presented. At the
evening Richard Hovhannisyan, UCLA professor, delivered a lecture.
