GERMANY TO EXPAND COOPERATION WITH ARMENIA

YEREVAN. Special Representative for Eastern Europe, the Caucasus
and Central Asia at German Foreign Ministry Patricia Flor arrived in
Yerevan to participate in consultations between Armenian and German
Foreign Ministries on Wednesday.
Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian highly appreciated
the cooperation between Armenia and Germany both in bilateral and
multilateral formats and the political dialogue. Nalbandian stressed
both sides are interested in further improvement of bilateral ties,
the press service of Armenian Foreign Office informed Armenian
News-NEWS.am.
Mrs. Flor said Germany will step up efforts to expand cooperation
with Armenia and stressed the consultations are held for this purpose.
The sides also referred to a wide range of issues on Armenia-Germany
relations, Armenia-EU cooperation and talks on association agreement.
Nalbandian presented Mrs. Flory the recent developments in the Karabakh
peace process.
