An international festival of young musicians and performers will be
held in Yerevan from May 31 to June 3.
Silva Mekinyan, coordinator of the "New names of Armenia" program,
told ArmInfo that about 50 performers from various countries of
the world, including Finland, Uzbekistan, Georgia and Russia will
participate in the festival. Despite the young age (11-18), all of
them are laureates of international competitions. Though the festival
is held for the first time, the organizing committee is already going
to make it traditional.
The festival is organized by the "New names of Armenia" under the
patronage of First Lady of Armenia Rita Sargsyan.
