HUMAN RIGHTS OFFICE WILL SUE TURKISH MILITARY HEADQUARTERS FOR SEVAG'S ASSASSINATION

Human Rights Office in Turkey (İHD) plans to sue Turkish military
general headquarters and the commanders of murdered Armenian soldier
Sevag Sahin Balikci.
Sevag was murdered on April 24 in the military unit of Turkish
gendarmerie. It's said that his army fiend has accidentally killed
him. Later it turned out that a couple of months ago Sevag was brutally
beaten and threatened to be burnt.
Turkish "Milliyet" daily reports that the plaintiff will demand to
punish those military officers, who has failed to implement their
professional duties, and which has led to a loss of life.
