"Armenian-Turkish negotiations are practically in deadlock, since
Turkey calls the resolution of Karabakh conflict a precondition. The
best thing Armenia can do is to call back the protocols," Giro Manoyan,
the head of Armenian Cause Office told the reporters Friday.
Mr. Manoyan said that the frozen process over the protocols is in
favor to Turkey, but not to Armenia. Some countries, with disregard
towards Armenia, call for a committee to study the period of genocide.
Referring to French Senate failing the bill on Armenian genocide,
Manoyan said: "France is against Turkey's membership to European Union,
but is afraid of appearing anti-Turk."
