Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan has not stated that Armenia recalled
the Protocols on the Armenian-Turkish normalization, Spokesman for
the Armenian leader Armen Arzumanyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.
According to 168 Hours paper, Turkish journalist Ayse Gunaysui,
a reporter of Armenian weekly in Boston, stated that "the Armenian
President recalled the protocols, since Turkey set the Karabakh
problem as a precondition."
Turkey has not ratified the Protocols signed on October 10, 2009,
in Zurich. Turkey set the Karabakh problem and Armenia's rejection of
the policy aimed at the Armenian Genocide international recognition
as a precondition. The Protocols contain nothing about preconditions.
