Bako Sahakyan, the President of the Artsakh (Karabakh) Republic
convened a consultation dedicated to the issues of developing
bioenergetics in the republic on Thursday.
According to a press release by the Karabakhi presidential
administration, Sahakyan highlighted the importance of developing
alternative energy in terms of efficient usage of the existing
resources, waste utilization and environmental protection.
Bako Sahakyan underlined that the authorities of the republic are
interested in developing bioenergetics in Artsakh and noted the
importance of applying international experience in this sphere.
Chairman of the National Assembly of the Artsakh Republic Ashot
Ghulyan, Prime Minister Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials partook
at the consultation.
