CONFERENCE ON NKR FORMATION FUNDAMENTALS LAUNCHED IN ARTSAKH

An international conference on legal, political and historical
fundamentals of NKR formation was launched in Artsakh through the
initiative of the state commission on organizing and coordinating
celebrations dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the NKR formation.
As Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan noted in his address
to conference participants, events organized on such a scale prove
continuous interest of different countries and highly authoritative
scientific-analytical centers towards Artsakh.
The issues to be discussed during the conference cover Artsakh
statehood, Karabakh conflict settlement and as well as regional and
global processes.
"The conference will provide a more profound idea of the situation,
also helping predict possible developments more precisely," the
President stressed. "I am sure that the conference will carry out
its mission successfully, further strengthening cooperation between
political and analytical circles."
