ARMENIAN GOVERNMENT PROJECTS GROWTH IN AGRICULTURE SECTOR FOR COMING THREE MONTHS

YEREVAN, May 24. /ARKA/. The Armenian government projects growth in
the agriculture sector in the coming three months, Prime Minister
Tigran Sargsyan said Monday in an interview with the Second Armenian
TV Channel.
"We expect agriculture will grow in May, June and July, and this
growth will drive prices for agricultural products down," he said in
his televised interview.
Earlier, Armenian Agriculture Minister Sergo Karapetyan said prices
for agricultural products would start falling in June and crop would
be sufficient.
Armenia's agriculture faced unprecedented 15.7% decline in 2010
because. Bad weather was among adverse factors, which caused the
decline.
