On 1 November President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree awarding head
of the economic geography department of the Armenian State Economic
University, doctor, professor Sergey Melkoumyan with the "Gratitude"
medal for services shown to the Nagorno Karabagh Republic, long-term
scientific-pedagogical activity and in connection with his 80th
birthday, the Press Service of the Artsakh president reports.
