The Russian Ground Troops Commander-in-chief, Col. Gen. Alexander
Postnikov and a group of officers from the Central Command and other
army commanders began a four-day working trip to Armenia on Tuesday.
"During the trip, the delegation is due to visit the units and
subdivisions of Russian military base No. 102, deployed in the
Yerevan and Gyumry garrisons, to check their readiness for the new
training year," Ground Troops spokesman Lt. Col. Sergei Vlasov told
Interfax-AVN.
