588 LOANS PROVIDED WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF "AVAILABLE APARTMENT FOR YOUNG FAMILY"

YEREVAN
As of October 31 within the framework of "Available Apartment for
Young Family" state program 588 loans costing 4 459 billion AMD were
refinanced. About 317 loans have been provided in Yerevan, and 271
loans in provinces.
According to the changes in the standards instead of former 2% the
state subsidizes the 4%.
The change connected with the advance payment in the provinces -
instead of former 30% - it made at least 10%.
