KAREN KARAPETYAN QUITS ELDERS' COUNCIL

Following his resignation as Yerevan mayor, Karen Karapetyan has
stepped down from the Council of Elders.
At an ad hoc meeting held at the City Hall earlier today, acting Mayor
Taron Margaryan told the Council members about Karapetyan's decision
to quit his membership.
The former mayor, Gagik Beglaryan, still remains in the Council.
The mayoral election is scheduled for 11:00 November 15.
