Baku. Parvin Abbasov - APA. "If change of power takes place in Armenia
as a result of elections, changing in the negotiation process over
the settlement of Karabakh problem will be inevitable", Europe Program
Director of the International Crisis Group Sabine Freizer said.
"Good news is that there is no probability of war or pushing war in
the next two years. It is a message for the prevention of the war".
Freizer said it was important to establish communication at least
between the representatives of civil society, ordinary citizens in
the next two years if it didn't take place between the top government
officials. "We intend to build confidence between the people".
