17 ARMENIAN ORGANIZATIONS TO BE FINED OVER EXPIRED PRODUCTS

Department of trade and services at Yerevan Municipality has named
17 organizations that will be fined for selling goods with expired
preservation data.
The fines will be at an amount fifty- or one hundred-fold of a
minimum salary.
The violations were reveled during an inspection in 40 shops.
The officers of the Department of trade and services reported to
acting Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan that dairy, meat products,
raw materials and soft drinks were predominant among such goods.
Taron Margaryan instructed the relevant officers to continue their
activities and keep the sale of foodstuffs under attention.
