BAKO SAHAKYAN IN GERMANY

President of the Republic of Artsakh Bako Sahakyan is in Koln on a
working visit.
He has had a meeting with representatives of the city's Armenian
organizations and business circles and has discussed issues related
to the implementation of different projects in the NKR.
Bako Sahakyan alaso visited the Prelacy of the Diocese of the Armenian
Apostolic Church in Germany where he held private talks with Prelate
of the Diocese, Archbishop Garegin Pektchian and met with members of
the local Armenian community.
During the meeting, Sahakyan presented life in Artsakh, the country's
foreign policy, the key issues facing the country and answered
questions. Bako Sahakyan mentioned that German-Armenians have great
potential and that is promising for cooperation in the future.
>From this angle, the NKR President particularly stressed the
significance of the Armenian community in Koln, which is considered
one of the largest and most organized communities in Germany and the
one that unites the German-Armenian community.
Attending the meetings were Prelate of the Artsakh Diocese of the
Armenian Apostolic Church, Archbishop Parkev Martirosyan, Armenian
Ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany Armen Martirosyan,
Chief of the General Department of Information of the NKR President's
apparatus David Babayan and NKR Permanent Representative to Germany
