ZHOGHOVURD: NEW RESHUFFLES IN ARMENIA'S TOP BRASS

Further reshuffles are expected in Armenia's top brass.
Chief of the National Security Service Gorik Hakobyan is expected to
be relieved of his post and replaced by Vice-Chief Arzuman Harutyunyan.
G. Hakobyan is expected to be appointed Secretary of Armenia's National
Security Council. According to rumors, the incumbent secretary,
Artur Baghdasaryan, will be appointed Prosecutor General of Armenia.
However, Sona Truzyan, Press Secretary of Armenia's Prosecutor General,
refuted the rumors about Aghvan Hovsepyan's planned dismissal. His
term of office expires in 2013, and he is not going to resign now.
