The newly appointed Chief of Armenia's police Vladimir Gasparyan is
holding a "reshuffle parade" in the country's police system.
He is going to appoint his associate, General Haik Stepanyan head
of staff.
The newspaper reminds readers that, a native of Oshakan, Haik Stepanyan
was for years first vice-chief of Armenia's Military Police.
Stepanyan and Gasparyan had good and hard times.
After replacing Alik Sargsyan, Mr. Gasparyan has to "get rid of"
