"Armenia is a nuclear country. Due to Russia, Armenia has become the
first nuclear country in the Caucasus," Azerbaijani APA news agency
quotes Adil Garibov, the director of Azerbaijani institute on radiation
issue, as stating.
According to Garibov, even if Azerbaijan supplies Armenia with energy,
which will twice surpass the production of Armenia's power plant,
official Yerevan will never block the plant, since it's a strategic
object for Armenia. Azeri expert added Armenia cannot lose its rating
of a nuclear country.
