DE-FACTO KARABAKH IS SUBJECT OF INTERNATIONAL LAW, RUSSIAN EXPERT SAYS

Yerevan/Mediamax/. The expert of the Strategic Culture Foundation of
Russia, Andrei Areshev, said in Yerevan today that "de-facto Nagorno
Karabakh has long been subject of international law."
Mediamax reports that addressing a press conference in Yerevan today,
the expert said that "everyone, including the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair
states, knows it."
"People don't speak about it directly in order not to offend anybody,
but the mediators regularly visit Stepanakert and it's an obvious
proof of recognition of Nagorno Karabakh's role," Andrei Areshev said.
