GOHAR GASPARYAN AND AVET BARSEGHYA TO HOST JUNIOR EUROVISION 2011

The hosts of the 2011 Junior Eurovision Song Contest will be Gohar
Gasparyan and Avet Barseghyan, Spokesperson for the Armenian delegation
Artak Vardanyan informed the local media yesterday of the decision.
Currently, Gohan Gasparyan is the Armenian Head of Delegation to the
contest and Avet Barseghyan is a TV personality and writer who is
credited with writing the 2009 Armenian Eurovision entry ~QJan Jan~R
which later became ~QNor Par~R.
Sirusho will be one of the guests at the show, who represented Armenia
back in 2008 with the fourth placed ~QQele Qele~R. Also, of course,
last year~Rs winner Vladimir Arzumanyan, who sang winning entry
~QMama~R, will feature in the final. Rumours suggest an appearance
by Swede Eric Saade (2011), but so far no announcement has confirmed
or denied the rumours, news.am reports.
The Armenian capital Yerevan will host Junior Eurovision 2011 on
December 3rd!
