The Delaware County Food Drive runs through Nov. 18.
Delaware County Council welcomed the staff and students of Armenian
Sisters Academy in Radnor Township to the council meeting on Tuesday,
Nov. 15.
This year, students donated their collection of food to the Delaware
County Food Drive.
Presenting the food donation are, first row from left, Dr. George
Avetian, Delaware County Senior Medical Advisor and former Board
Chairman for the academy; eighth-grade students Meline Avrigian,
Stephen Ajdaharian, Anto Keshgegian, Christina Kaladjian, Paze Yeremian
and Councilman Mario Civera Jr.; Sister Emma, Principal; Dolores Wood,
Vice-Principal; second row from left, Councilman Tom McGarrigle; Vice
Chair Christine Fizzano Cannon; Chairman Jack Whelan and Councilman
Andy Lewis.
