ARMENIA'S MINISTER OF ENERGY PLAYED ON IPAD2 DURING BUDGET DISCUSSION WITH PM (VIDEO)

YEREVAN. - In the parliament session on Wednesday during which the
Armenia's Budget-2012 was being discussed, the Minister of Energy
Armen Movsisyan was playing game on iPad2. Armenia's Minister of
Urban Development was following the game with great interest. The
camera caught this scene. Reporters asked the PM Tigran Sargsyan who
was present at the session about his attitude towards the incident.
"I shall find out. Your question was a surprise for me," PM said.
It is noteworthy that it was the PM's demand that the officials got
acquainted with modern technology. The procedure of getting acquainted
with modern technology was performed poorly by some officials, in
Armen Movsisyan's case the iStore has better games than rolling balls.
