Azerbaiajan's participant to Eurovision apprehended

Azerbaijan's participant to Eurovision Song Contest 2008 has been
arrested for having stabbed one of his friends.
According to the Azerbaijan news agency APA, Samir Javadzade (L) is
accused to stabbing Elvin Huseynov in September this year.
The court is still to rule on the measure of restraint on Monday.
At first, both Javadzade and Huseynov had dismissed the fact about
stabbing as allegation, but later they confessed to the police.
A criminal court has been filed. Javadzade is facing from three to
eights years in prison, if convicted.
