Azerbaijani President: `If Nagorno Karabakh conflict will not be
solved through negotiations, we will be obliged to solve it through
the military way'

`Peaceful solution ways of Nagorno Karabakh conflict have not ended
and day-by-day Azerbaijan moves closer to that historical day'
`There is no other issue for us except Nagorno Karabakh, which waiting
for its immediate solution'
Baku - APA. `Memory of our patriots, who fought for the land,
sacrificed lives is always in our hearts. Karabakh is our big wound. I
am sure that our territorial integrity will be restored, all the IDPs
will return to their homes, justice will win. Because justice is on
our side', Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev said.
The head of state noted that Karabakh was, remains and will be the
native, historical land of Azerbaijan: `The world community considers
and recognizes Nagorno Karabakh as an integral part of Azerbaijan. It
is on our side. The support toward us on the international arena,
international organizations, especially at the UN is at the same time
the support toward our policy and position connected with Nagorno
Karabakh. We accept it. Because there is no other issue except Nagorno
Karabakh, which waiting for its immediate solution. This historical
justice must be restored and it will be restored. If not through the
negotiations, then we will be obliged to solve it through the military
way. This is our sovereign right. Nobody can take away this right from
us. Both the international rules and international law norms recognize
this right, Azerbaijani Army can any time restore our territorial
integrity. We just want solve it through the negotiations, peacefully.
Such opportunities have not ended and Azerbaijan moves closer to that
historical day. Today, opportunities of Azerbaijan have extended. Our
opportunity to influence has increased, the ongoing processes develop
in a positive way. The absolute majority of countries support
Azerbaijan, the last voting at the UN proved it.
>From viewpoint of history, legal, geographical, geopolitical
importance, the truth and justice is on our side. Political,
economical and military power also make Azerbaijan's superiority. In
such case, our lands can not be under the occupation for a long time.
Armenia does not have neither right, nor power on it. Moreover, the
demographic situation will not allow them to keep these lands under
occupation in future. We will pursue our diplomacy on all direction,
struggle against the enemy in all forms, we will expose their
aggressive personality and restore the justice. I believe it. The day
will come when our flag will wave in Khankendi, Shusha, as 21 years
ago. I am sure that Azerbaijani nation believe it and we must work
more actively in order to realize this belief, we must develop our
policy purposefully.
