In recent two days, having ignored the world community's opinion, two
Armenian servicemen were killed by Azerbaijani snipers. The Armenian
party has officially declared that that the response will be far more.
Expert Hrant Melik-Shahnazaryan has stated in a news conference Tuesday
that punitive measures won't be late. The expert has drawn attention
on Aliyev who, in fact, has strained the situation in the region.
"Aliyev's recent statement says much - he's stated that the situation
in the region isn't stable, that the conflict isn't frozen but it is
active and that Azerbaijan is ready to regain Artsakh through armed
conflict," underlined the expert.
Expert ensured that Azerbaijan wouldn't display all those casualties
recorded in the aftermath of Armenian punitive measures. "They will
declare about one or two victims, and will hide the rest."
