ARMENIA HONORS IRAN CULTURAL ATTACHE

Armenian Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs Hasmik Poghosyan has
honored Mohammad-Reza Shakiba at the end of his tenure as Iran's
Cultural Attache in Yerevan.
The Armenian minister offered the highest cultural medal of her country
to Shakiba during a ceremony held on November 18, ISNA reported.
A number of Iranian and Armenian cultural officials and literary
scholars attended the ceremony.
Poghosyan highlighted the literary cooperation of the two countries
in terms of publishing books in Armenian and Persian languages, and
holding scientific and cultural meetings as well as arts and music
festivals and culture weeks.
