Armenian Culture Days will be held in Iran and Iranian Culture Days -
in Armenia, dedicated the 20th anniversary of Armenia's independence,
Armenia's Ambassador to Iran Grigor Arakelyan told Mehr news agency.
"There is no obstacle to the expansion of cultural relations
between the two countries. The religious differences and peaceful
co-existence of Armenians and Iranians is a good example of a dialogue
of civilizations," said the Ambassador.
"We expect to hold a series of joint events, with Yerevan declared
as the World Book Capital 2012 by UNESCO and on the occasion of the
500th anniversary of the Armenian printing," said the diplomat.
