Armenia displays its unwillingness to make progress in the Karabakh
peace settlement, Azeri Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov told
reporters in Baku on Thursday.
"Instead of responding to the constructive proposals of Azerbaijan,
Armenia takes a different path and uses the occupied Azeri lands for
mercenary goals. It thus displays unwillingness to foster the peace
process," he said.
Azerbaijan does not expect anything new from the regional visit of
the OSCE Minsk Group cochairman to begin on November 28, he said.
